The lights on the Main New Year tree of the country lit up

On Thursday, a ceremony of lighting of the Main New Year tree of the country took place in Ashgabat. It is traditionally located on the square in front of the Cultural and Entertainment Center “Älem”.

The height of the Main New Year tree, crowned with an eight-pointed star, is 43 meters.
