The China-Central Asia Business Council will be established to strengthen economic cooperation between the countries, Xinhua reports with reference to Yang Xiaojun, a representative of the China Committee for the Promotion of International Trade.
He said that the ceremony of establishing the business council will be held on 19 May in Xi’an on the sidelines of the China-Central Asia summit.
More than 400 representatives of industry associations and enterprises are expected to attend the event, covering the main areas of cooperation, including energy, construction, logistics, food, information and communications. ///nCa, 17 May 2023
