The high level guests including the presidents of nine countries gathered this morning at the monument to the national poet of Turkmenistan, Maktymguly Fraghi.
They are taking part in the conference “Interrelation of Times and Civilizations – Basis of Peace and Development” dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Maktymguly.
